ADVENT: Reclaiming Christmas
ADVENT is a season of the liturgical year observed in most Christian denominations as a time of expectant waiting and preparation for the celebration of Christ's Nativity at Christmas and the return of Christ at the Second Coming.
Reclaiming Christmas calls us to recover what the world has repackaged and forgotten—the glory of God made flesh. This Advent, we turn from the noise of consumerism to the wonder of the Incarnation, remembering that Christmas is not about more but about Him. Each week invites us to rediscover the true meaning behind the symbols we’ve lost—Good News, Light, Family, and the Gift of God Himself.
